By entering this website, confirming your age, applying for membership or corresponding with the Estate, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site is intended solely for adults aged 21 years or over. Confirming your age is a condition of entry, and we may refuse or withdraw access where we believe that confirmation to be untrue.

Nothing on this site is directed at minors, and no product or membership will be made available to them under any circumstance.

Purchasing is not open. The Estate does not sell, offer for sale, deliver or arrange the delivery of any cannabis product through this website.

Every product page, pre-order form and allocation request is an expression of interest only. It creates no contract, no reservation of stock and no obligation upon the Estate to supply anything.

Should purchasing open in future, it will do so only where lawful, only to verified adults, and only under separate terms of sale presented at that time.

Membership is by application and is granted at the sole discretion of The Manager. Every application is reviewed manually, and we are under no obligation to give reasons for a decision.

Approved members receive access to the private members area, the Grand Reserve collection pages and the allocation ledger. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared or sold.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Please tell The Manager at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or withdraw membership where these terms are breached, where information given to us proves false, or where continued access would be unlawful.

An allocation request records your interest in a limited release. It is not an order and confers no priority, price or entitlement.

Harvests are limited by design. The Estate may decline, reduce or withdraw any request, and may close a release at any time.

You agree to give accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.

You agree not to scrape, copy or republish Estate material, nor to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

The Green Castle Estates name, crest, wordmark, photography, packaging designs and written material are the property of the Estate and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Cannabis laws differ from place to place. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site and any future dealings with the Estate are lawful where you are.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by any medicines or food safety authority, and nothing here is medical advice or a claim to treat any condition.

The site is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Estate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may amend these terms from time to time; the date at the head of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
